I founded Zoetic in 2017 to help people experience greater health, happiness and success. As all of my professional experiences converged, it became apparent that so many people live in the 'neutral', not necessarily unhappy, not necessarily unhealthy, and not necessarily failing. But simultaneously not really living to their potential and experiencing all that live could be for them. Neutral.

 

Very few people ever get anywhere close to reaching their potential for health, happiness and/or success, not because we don't want to, but because the majority of us become stuck in a state of normal that we stop searching for ways to fulfill our potential. We become comfortable with the normal and stop the pursuit of becoming our best selves.

As a coach, educator, speaker and consultant, I bring a fresh perspective and actionable advice curated to inspire, transform and optimize those I work with.

I believe that human performance, happiness, health, success, and person optimization all begin with a foundation of well-being. Being our best in any sense of the word requires setting ourselves up for success first. Just as you need to prepare and put on your parachute before jumping out of a plane, you must also take steps to condition and prepare yourself for whatever endeavors are in your future pathway. I specialize in helping people find and navigate that pathway.
